Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping

Everything is shipped personally in my studio with care and the hope that the customers will enjoy and take care of the works.
• Shipping costs are calculated depending on country, continent and region; they might vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the package.
• A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped.
• Orders can take from 1 to 3 working days before shipping is sent.
• Orders in Spain will take 2- 5 days normal shipping.
• Europe 5-10 days.
• Rest of the World 10-15 days.
• We ship worldwide but for international shipments, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on your country.

Returns

I hope you enjoy your order but returns are accepted within 15 days from the date you received the product.
Send an email to hola@swenart.com explaining the reason for your return and what you wish to do – exchange or refund
Items should be returned unaffected and in its original packaging .

Shipping returns

The client must cover the cost of return via post.
Make sure the post comes with a tracking number as the responsibility is yours until the item is returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a  amount of 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
